Every matter is different. Fees depend on the nature of the problem, the level of complexity, and what is required to move the matter forward responsibly.
In general:
- Most matters are handled on a flat-fee basis
- Others are billed hourly
- Injury matters may be handled on a contingency basis
I discuss fees early and plainly. I do not use surprise billing or vague arrangements.
